SADDLES - THE TEAM EDISON

We have now designed our own range of Dressage & GP Saddles specifically for the Friesian horse. The saddle is made by Hilton based in Walsall. Our saddles come with a deep seat, knee roll & removable thigh roll. We have found this saddle is less likely to move around & helps the rider to develop the optimum riding position as the leg is automatically put into the correct position. As the seat is deep it helps the rider to stay with the horse in both sitting trot & canter. Each saddle is bespoke, made to fit both you & the horse & can be customized to your requirements. The saddle starts from £1450 in plain leather to £1495 in Buffallo. We believe this is the best saddle for the Friesian & have sold several to clients who have bought horses from us, because once you sit in one of our saddles, you never want to sit in anything else again!

Fryso Legacy:

This is a dressage saddle made specifically for the Friesian horse,  with a deep seat and softly padded knee rolls, offering superior support whilst riding. These features help the rider to maintain the correct leg position without compromising the rider's aids.  The tree & panels ensure stability while helping the horse's withers and shoulders free of pressure which allows freedom of the horse's movement.

 

Fryso Cambridge:

For those riders not wishing to use a dressage saddle there is an alternative in the Cambridge which is a General Purpose saddle again designed specifically for the Friesian.  The deep seat and braod panels offer optimal support for horse and rider and are comparable to the Legacy.  The saddle flaps are shorter and more forwardly positioned.  The saddle is suitable for those who wish to pursue recreational riding, jumping & also dressage.

Saddle prices begin at £1100 for a standard saddle. All saddles are delivered complete with accessories, including a girth, stirrups, stirrup leathers, saddle cover and leather care product.

All Fryso saddles include a 5 year guarantee for the saddle tree and a 1 year guarantee for the leather!
